We are delighted to post a video and pictures of the works carried out at the Citroën Kidderminster Garage. We refurbed the existing showroom internally and externally which internally included installation of additional power to the floor via floor boxes to illuminate cars, new hot desks in the showroom, new floor tiles, carpets and it was also fully redecorated to suit the new corporate identity.

Installation of new glazed partitions were installed to create new offices and new open plan hot desks for staff carried out by corporate contractors.
Externally we also changed the colour of existing cladding ready to receive new Citroën branding external signage to façade of dealership, including new totem sign to car and flag poles to suit new corporate identity.

Ecoline Builders have now fully completed the refurbishment of an existing Pub in Wolverhampton Town Centre

 

Ecoline client’s main focus was to create a new, fully refurbished bar, which consists of three main areas – a drinks lounge recreating the Edwardian furnishings and elegance of the original premises, a seating area with splashes of Art Nouveau splendour and an inviting garden area. Upstairs, Ecoline converted the existing residential space into four ‘Airbnb-style’ rooms to let on a short-term basis. The intention has been to create a new premium offer hospitality venue, naming it Cosmo Bonsor after Sir Henry Cosmo Bonsor, who was a brewer, philanthropist and also the 1st Baronet.

Phase One – Workshop

  • To demolish a first floor concrete mezzanine floor, and masonry wall to create a larger workshop floor area including to break out the existing concrete floor to form a recessed pit to VOSA specification.
  • Installation of new partitioning.
  • Line all of the existing walls to receive insulation and a plastered finish.
  • The electrical work carried out was to suit new Dura cabinets design including a design for new vehicle lift installation.
  • Additional power was added to illuminate the exterior facade signage
  • Installation of a new heating system within the open grid suspended ceiling.
  • Epoxy floor resin was applied to all floor areas to suit the HR Owen Ecurie Brand Corporate Identity.

 

Office

  • Knock through to form a new opening from the existing corridor to create a new doorway into the new service managers office.
  • Cut back the brickwork and cladding to form a new external doorway for the customers entrance.
  • Installation of a new fire screen from the office overlooking the workshop.
  • Supply and installation of new carpets including a full redecoration to suit the Aston Martin Service Brand Corporate Specification.
  • Lay new block paving to form disabled access to the Service Managers office.

 

Phase Two – Workshop

  • Installation of new large insulated roller shutter door.
  • Break out the existing concrete floor to form a recessed put to BWIC wheel alignment specification.
  • Installation of a new partition was required to form a workshop and special tools store.
  • All of the existing external walls were lined to receive insulation and a new plastered finish.
  • New electrics were installed to suit the new Dura cabinets and new vehicle lift installation.
  • New power was required to illuminate the exterior facade signage.
  • Installation of a new heating system within the new open grid suspended ceiling.
  • Epoxy floor resin was applied to all floor areas.
  • Full redecoration has been done to suit Aston Martin Brand Corporate Specification.

 

Misc

  • All areas were sprayed internally and externally to suit HR Owen Ecurie Brand Corporate Identity.
  • New block paving was installed to form new hardstandings for car displays.

Project Details:

  • Ecoline Buidling and Maintenance won a contract to refurbish a hairdressing salon.
  • All the work had to be done always when the salon was closed, i.e. Sundays & some Mondays.
  • Time period was set ready for December 2014 unveiling.
  • Ecoline had to make sure the salon was always ready for opening times: clean, tidy, electrics working, fully lit.
  • Basically, in between works the salon had to look presentable and not as though in the middle of a building project.
  • A stunning chandelier, the salon’s main feature, was heavier than initially thought. This posed an unexpected obstacle but one that was overcome efficiently and at very short notice.
  • Salon’s owners requested specific look which had to be sourced – colours, layout and the overall style.
  • All work was completed on time and within the client’s budget.
